A little Bit More About Me
Growth happens one small action at a time
I have spent the last decade dedicated to driving business growth. What I’ve learned is most people have all the tactics they need to achieve their goals. What they don’t need is more business strategies.
So, what do they need? Success strategies.
Most people need a friendly ear and someone to walk with them—someone who has no stake in their success other than the desire to see them do well.
That’s me. I help others how to ditch the distractions, focus on what really matters, and stay accountable. And I’m ready to help you do the same.

I don’t believe stuff happens to me. I believe it happens FOR me.
That way of thinking came from my “happiness for no reason” journey, which began in 2012. Back then, I was an incessant worrier, constantly preparing for worst-case scenarios.
Since beginning the journey, my life has transformed, and everything I do comes from a place of gratitude.
It took me a while to get here, and it was a bunch of small steps and small actions that brought me to a place of calm and happiness.
Honestly, it is still something I work at, and there are times when I start to go to the dark side. It’s just a lot easier to stop the spiral and get back to a place of living in the moment and making the best decisions I can that day.

My Mantra
What I believe
Here’s what I stand by—because without these beliefs, it’s all just talk and no traction.
Action beats overthinking
I believe that planning is great, but execution is everything. You don’t need a hundred-step strategy—just the next step and the will to take it. Less talk, more doing.
Accountability Fuels Progress
We all need someone (or something) keeping us in check, even if it’s just the guilt of hitting “send” on a weekly email. Because let’s face it, self-discipline can be overrated.
Focus is A superpower
I believe in cutting through the noise and staying laser-focused on what matters most. The shiny distractions? They’ll always be there, but success happens when you stay in your lane.
Stuff That Keeps me Grounded
All work and no play is no fun
When life gets a little too hectic (which, let’s be honest, is most days), there are a few things that always bring me back to center. Whether it’s getting lost in a sketchbook, exploring new places with Way, or just being surrounded by the chaos and love of family and friends, these are the moments that keep me grounded—and probably save my sanity, too.
01
Breaks From the Computer
I love my work – a little too much. So much so, I recently began to find things to do away from the computer. Some might call them hobbies, I call them therapy. It started as a way to decompress, but now Way tells me to go draw when he sees my stress level rising. Apparently, a few mindful squiggles work better than a glass of wine for calming me down. Who knew?

02
Exploring New Places With My ❤️
Way and I love exploring new cities—it’s another form of therapy (and cardio). Whether it’s hunting down the best-hidden coffee spots or getting lost in random alleyways, we’re always up for an adventure, usually on foot. I am great with directions, and Way is great at getting us off-track—makes us a perfect pair.
03
Family Is Everything
Family is everything to me—my compass, my chaos, and my constant source of “life advice” (whether I ask for it or not). Now that my kids are grown, getting these three people in the same room at the same time is a priority. They are my joy. They keep me grounded, and if I ever forget that, they’re quick to remind me!

04
Making Friends
They say social connections are the key to longevity. I’m here for it. There’s something special about connecting with people, whether we’re sharing business strategies or a coffee. I friend hard. Once we connect, I promise to be on the “bury the body” crew.
